You can improve your skills experience and trainings. Better options for new commerce, they can survive 3 years with the Brand, then need to move other companies.

Career growth is very slow. Lots of relatives and friends is working together, so Career growth only for relatives and friends. They will very less considering qualification and experience.

I am working in Al Nabooda Automobiles in since 2010. I start my career as a trainee technician...now I am a diagnostic technician and also waiting for my Master technician program...Really Al Nabooda is giving opportunity to all employees to grow up the career...if you have a capability sure you will get a good position. Also the management is fully support to the employee.

The only problem is here no increment. Nine years I M working in Al Nabooda since 2010 I didn’t get a single amount increment. But the only thing if you passed the trainings you will get promotion and increment...
