Actually there are lots of negative rather than likes. I have worked there for three months then decided to resign, coz there are lots of deviation between job description and exact job. They are not even providing any training for new works especially which was not related to our skill. Job security is the biggest problem that you will face there. The funniest part is there is no lunch break and you should not eat any thing during the office time, is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, helps to turn to become a diabetic patient. Even though there are some good peoples especially from india.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
