No Skill and Carrier Growth, Poor Hierarchy, No rights for employees, Lack of departments(i.e. R&D/Design Department/Time Office/Process Engineering) , Poor System Implementation, Non valuable responsibilities.

Supporting the Employees of company very well. During lock down period company ready pay their salary,whether its full or half,that doesn't matter. Job security excellent in this company.

Too much internal politics in this company,As a new employee I need several years where its happening. We have to spend more money for attending daily duty.
