Very long procedures to go for an Annual leave and Emergency Vacations and no proper Canteens at Projects. Poor Management towards Health and Safety Standards and its Team.

i dont want to work here because off here too much problem. sir actually here in company my job title is data entry but i work a labor in assembly section why sir ?

in Al Muhaidib com in my workshop mts 325 too much politics and my manager is not want to go my unique strengths. i want to go high position but not usable my strength.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
