the company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology , i love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable , high quality of products and many brand as a distributor and has a global client base, as a result , i get to travel abroad , especially to Dubai Qatar Bahrain and inside K.S.A to Jada, Riadh, Yenboah, Jizan dependent to the project and client location .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . sometime , i have to work 14 -18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call and meeting Managers do not value an individuals unique strenghs, wich is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time , i receive appreciation email from my client also there is no on-job training for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, wich is a pain sometime .

Al Masaood automobile sectors is good but construction and industrial sector handled by person who least experience and non management skills, prefer

Manager leading position are based biased which in in turn effect company in long run

Sales Manager support was Good and motivational.

Dislikes

All the supporting staff are under the impression that- Sales has to do everything to generate revenue and they shall work as per their convenience. All the line managers except Sales were least bothered about company growth and were busy in their personal interests.
