Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Working at AlKhaldi Holding company has been the best decision I have made, the culture is amazing. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in transport. There are several ongoing training opportunities, and depending on who your director is, you could have an amazing direct team experience, too. I love the fact that I am a part of the team.

Transport is busy environment, the work pressure is very high specially in the departments (Operations, Maintenance). No well appreciation for great job you did.
