I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Company will squize everything out from u,they will make u work like labour.....n thus u will be more resilience.....u will fill like ur working in a military camp.

Dislikes

Nothing to like...long hrs of wok,too much pressure, less salary, food is good bcoz after working like slave anythng will be tasty...what ever u will earn after 2 yrs u hav to spend on ur health...those people work in kanz who think they r good for nothing.....talented n skillful people will leave job ASAP

I like about AL Kanz Jewels LLC is the the Owner passion towards his company, his level of commitment and dedication. He is Man of word and I respect him truly. He is mentor.

Dislikes

I dislike few staff working in the company, which i think they can take the ownership and do their best, rather then waiting for some other person to do it.
