Al jaber is super company i spend morethan 8 years.salary on time.food normal.room super good for staff.

Al jaber management not focus to reduce spending money.there are many peoples are aali baba.oil,food,room materials blanket etc

The company experience is very terrible I have spend around 2 year but did not see any change there is no any team works statratigy higher managmnet is very poor working environment is very poor employee personal life un balance

The work pressure very high no any compensation no personal life no increments

In all jaber I have spent three and half years company is good but management is not good.

There is no chance for promotion, salary is not on time ,they are giving round about 20th of month but after ten days others companies are given second ,there agreement is different in Pakistan telling something and here in Abu Dhabi is different when you are sigen. Food is not good there is a big question mark at accommodation no cleaning housekeeping staff is totally correptiod .they are asking about ticket providing totely laying there is no ticket.

Al is a large organization with multiple projects in the infrastructure and construction field. Working with Al Jaber is a great experience. Last 8 years i am working with building division its a great time for me. Each and every time i learn new things of new projects with different clients.

Monthly salary not on time sometimes... Less salary, But more work and more responsibility.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
