Salary hikes , promotions , recruitment process are not in a professional way , in take of employees based on relationships & family members for some. Salary structure are not uniform based on qualification & experience.

Initially work from home was implemented and now it's ongoing with compliance of all Covid-19 precautionary measures and protocols.

Dislikes

A well reputed team members with adequate experience, and well advanced system, standard policy of the organization, a very good working environment, well motivation to all employees regardless their holding position would be one of the boost of the life in with this organization.

The company has a good work culture which has been tested and revised over the ages. MIS is just an average thing but informative. Freedom to operate within the boundaries of the project. Management really takes care of its people.

They have run into some financial difficulties which along with the general economic situation has created an atmosphere of uncertainty.

I have been working with Al Jaber Energy Services L.L.C. It has a great and effective management system,its policies are best for its employees. AJES made the foundations of my career,and I would love to work again in AJES whenever I get a chance.

Facilities for staff are good but for labour s need some improvement
