It was a better company until 2016-17 while the Owner was Al Jaber Group of UAE. Once it is taken over by the Qatar owner, it has become a disaster. No increments or career growth despite you skill or experience, it is purely based on nationality and nepotism.

Dislikes

Salaries are delayed for 9 months, held up allowances of 2022, petrol bills, even we have to pay for visa renewals. Management is not willing to pay any of the above. 100s of cases in labour department and court. Head office doors are kept closed and some people working inside. all sites are closed. all employees given termination and long leaves due to the labour complaint raised for pending dues. Work timings are not as per labour law, no OT.

Working with Aljaber is good, but you find someone has finish many years and salary not up, even government has passed motion all companies to increase salaries too workers and I don’t know why Aljaber not increasing yet others companies have increased.Bi

My manager is very good and kind person, he will listen to us carefully if we have any problem and he will take quick again. There are many IT technologies are introducing this company. so easily can learn new technologies
