Very very heavy work pressure. Owner behavior was very poor n wrost, company not follow their own offer letter terms as company agrees yearly vacation but never gives. In company no emergency leave. At join time it was told by company I have to work under finance manager but after join there was no manager and I have to do the same work of manager in very less package. There was no Arabic person in accounts so understand Arabic document not possible. Maximum work done manually like transfer of funds to foreign write cheque no authority of do anything. No standard system like no control on inventory of stores äs well as finished goods. No control of in and out material, payroll was big headache. Guest house was very bad. All facilities was very less.
