They supply employees to good clients. Monthly salary is on time.

Recently they started to cheat employees. They forced all their manpower supplied to client to sign a document that will reset the service years back to zero so that they can avoid paying the full benefits mandated by Saudi labor law. Despite this being one year ago, no one above five years employment received the early release of service benefits that they promised. Instead, new contract is given and it states that employee's benefits will be reset every five years. This is against Saudi labor law that states end of service benefits shall be given only on final repatriation of employee. They currenly have labor cases.

Work environment and the way they treat me when I get hired.

They do not give release to their employee who wish to ask clearance from them to transfer other employer within the Kingdome when the contract from them is not been renewed.

Al Hoty basically supplies manpower to major clients within Saudi Arabia. So your appraisal will purely depends clients remarks.

Dislikes

No training will be provided by company itself. Visa will be for bachelor, so if u want to take your family you have to bear all the expenses.
