Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I just went to the interview, and it was FAKE interview. They already hired a person, and they called me to go to the interview and old man made fun of my qualifications. Bad office smell with cigarette.

This is the worst company ever worked. The only reason is the top management. They are doing innovation how to do project without spending money. I worked there like a dog, struggled a lot but no appreciation from anyone. Big blaming game always, Especially there is some utter waste family members working in high post. Around 10 nos of key persons resigned from a single project only due to high work pressure and unacceptable behavioral from top management
