Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company was open to innovation I did there new innovation that time we were manufacture of oil pouch packaging, ghee packaging & syringes pouches Our monthly production of oil & ghee was 135 tons and pouches we manufactured 400 millions

Dislikes

Compensation was decent . My role in this company was important I trained people on all machines I spent there too much efforts and time & alhmdollillah I don't have any regret. When I joined this company monthly sales was 45 to 55 tons and I have increased 300 times
