If Egyptian work with any company that means other expats cannot work honestly, if you try to do results is termination and cannot get your benefits during termination, no prior notice

I had good support of project Manager and supervisor at project site and higher management also supporting in health and safety issues when we required their advice and support. Employees belongs to different countries so they have various culture background and it was good for me to improve myself to handle the situation.

Dislikes

The work pressure was high and no limitation of working hours sometimes i had to work more the 12 hrs no overtime paid by management. No good facilities provided to workers in camps,
