I am mep draftsman, they are giving civil works i am basically mep. In this company no incriment when you joining time salary after 10 years you can get same salary

The company is open to grow in innovation and giving chance to learn the latest market requirements that enable each and every employee a chance for career growth. Have decent work culture, job security, work life balance etc.

It's fair to work with Al Hajiry as the member of a big team. Got lot of experience, skills in new environment, have innovative etc.

Yeah the expected appraisal not yet received. There has no workshop for new comers. Difficult with the work pressure because of delay in purchasing department.
