Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I was very much happy in my position. Very good cooperation and coordination. Excellent in support.

Dislikes

Salary package is not at all impressive. Not considering the commitment and hardworking of employees. I feel discrimination in Salary hike.

I am mep draftsman, they are giving civil works i am basically mep. In this company no incriment when you joining time salary after 10 years you can get same salary

Yeah the expected appraisal not yet received. There has no workshop for new comers. Difficult with the work pressure because of delay in purchasing department.
