Non interfering management in daily activity ..reasonable salary for senior management..reasonable work timings

Dislikes

No vision..no job security...opinion of people with average skills who have been with the company for a long time preferred over specialists recruited for the job. Basic objective seems to be to keep the owners happy at the cost of growth of the organisation.

Even if we make errors, there wont be much penalties or any other issues compared to other companies.Also majority of employees are from India, and especially from kerala which in turn makes emoloyees from same place more comfortable .

Dislikes

Lack of growth as majority of managers are not young and they don't like implementing new ideas and they consider only those who act as they work and they dont care about hardworking employees. Especially this happens in Aftersales dept,Spare parts.
