Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Work environment tops the list with excellent work ethics. Different nationalities and giving positive energy to work. Flexibility in moving around and can maintain good work life balance.

Dislikes

... new projects as the financial position was very bad due to share holders clash. Limited career and salary growth due to this. No Effective measures taken by the senior management (Austrailian firm CIMIC) to bring back to good olden days so far. But salary is coming within 1-5 days difference.
