...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are somehow good but appraisals are not fair and you mind not get a salary hike on appraisal.

Job security is there but career growth is slow and they might not give you salary appraisals. On job training is not given to the corporate employees.

As my experience in one brand belong to Alghurair,working atmosphere is smooth good teams and easy people to work wiTh but suddenly brand closed they transfer as in one brand but my journey start is stressed full environment incharge treat me in different ways like I am not belong in that brand, they are not giving me a chance to learn about the product no communication about product promotion I am so hopeless that time but what I do is to learn by my own reading each of product.

There no assurance for the staff, and the incharge they are not giving chance to grow the staff the environment of work is not good sorroundings of people have a selfish behaviors
