Company is good but salary is very low its depends on management systems also but other company facilities is ok

All are ok but just only company not provided good salary and not charged the visa on drivers

if you are a manager, you have the flexibility to manage your team on your terms & help them grow (limited). Work-Life balance is perfect with a 7 to 5 job.

Dislikes

It is a very top down approach. Your manager can make or break you. HR Dept is a puppet. Very stifling environment and no options for growth. I had seen employees in the same profile for 10yrs. You cannot question management, you cannot question policies. Would only recommend if you are getting paid a lot.

Our Document Control Manager (Ms. Helen Whitfield) and Design Director (Mr. Martyn Reeve) very supportive nature and good working environment.
