There is a lot of political nd the management doesn't adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

On the basis of appraisal report they give increment every year, salary get transferred in account exactly on the 7th day of every month

Dislikes

No medical facility, they deduct two-days salary for every leave if employee (only teachers) availing more leave except the one CL, they engage teachers in University's advertisement, there is no job security, they do partiality while giving the increment, No infrastructure, worst politics and the most horrible thing there is no respect

Good management,strong team but one man show of one uneducated trust member. He's available in d school from morning to evening monitoring teachers,peeping into the classrooms. As all others are busy and business people other trust members depend on him. He's a stunning block to the institution

This place is very good most of people is help to your. Chairman Sir social man he is very good person he take care to their staff. Most of the point if you think bad to others then every place not for you If you work there then some people are politician but you done your job and dont interfear thier work And this type of people are every place But overall it is best place of working but Non teaching staff is growth solwely instaed of teaching staff

Nothing is dislike but i am non teaching staff so salary increment not good other wise chairman sir is very good
