Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Al faisaliah hotel & Resorts is a 5 star hotel with good experience and good company culture, excellent service,excellent learning &development skills and I like hr staff people's specially senior executive hr gulam murtuza khan(indian) and kapila Sharma hr (srilankan) they help all staffs, honestly I like al faisaliah and saudi people if I get again chance to work in same hotel or other in saudi I am ready to relocate thanks.🙏 I lost my job in al faisaliah due to my mother emergency and covid-19.
