Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The Palestinians who came there were very bad-tempered. they would enslave non-Arabs, I had been there for three years and I was not offered any privileges, I was a graduate, but i worked hard to become an office boy,could not get up, cleaned all the bathrooms there and experienced the worst situation for three years like this
