Al Bawani is leading construction company in Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. I love the fact that the team of my department and other construction team they are so cooperative and they worry about safety on the site. They fulfill all the requirement for the safety related issues In all we can say a very good Work Environment. Another part was the work timing is good hence they provide transportation for any were we want to go.

Dislikes

No Compensation and growth is slow. Appraisal procedures was after completing 2 yrs contract period and that was also not enough's as per the standards. Vacation can only be taken after 2 yrs which was very long period of time.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
