...and systematic working procedure and working procedure as per PDO specification. Timely salary. Senior staff get separate accommodation and junior staff get 2 empl. In one room. Overall good. Job is secure. Food quality is average.

Dislikes

Almost no Career grouth is very slow. It should be improve. As I think it is PDO Main Contractor so Promotion is base on PDO approval for senior staff.

Its hoist work and management good but oil & gas project ODC not good.

Dislikes

Working as Hydro testing in Al Baraka is not good. Site construction team will not follow the PDO standards and management just blame to HT Engineer.Its very risky to work in Al-Baraka because if any major incident happened then blame will come to HT engineer only. No one will support during operation either by material or manpower.
