The salary is descent.But there is no system.Here in ayuni there is no job for most of the persons including me...they are recruiting people without proper tasks.

Nothing , worse company I ever worked, Since one year I left The Company did not pay my End of Service benefit of 7 years

During the assignment of distination especially when it comes to site project and the said site is very far & without signal or internet because the communication is very important to everyone.

Al ayuni is a one of the top growing companies in Saudi Arabia. Work culture is constantly evolving and adopting standard practices in the industry.

Limited number of Clients, but recently they have started taking up projects with new customers and working on improving the client portfolio.

The company is changing their policy day by day. There is no guarantee of job. Today you are at manager level tomorrow you might be at supervisor position or just a common employee. Teammates are good & supportive. No chance of salary Increment.

Dislikes

You will be treated as a donkey or a layman. You can't say anything to anyone. The whole HR is treating you like a cheap dog. All are thinking that i am the boss. The worst HR i have faced in this company. I hate to go in HR department and even to talk to arabic language person who shows his attitude
