The stability of staff salary payday only

Dislikes

I see discriminations of all type within the supervisory level staff to lower level staffs, they will just show it to you by frustrating your job than been a colleague, in every work environment, if one supervisor don’t like your job base on his own feelings, he will be transferred to another supervisor for confirmation but due to what I can call discrimination from these set of supervisors, I can’t imagine how many guys have lost there jobs.

It is a great company to work for, there are politics, the training offered by the company in general is good, job security is also stable unless restructuring and merging of sections are done
