No major dislikes. Job security should be primary for all the employee. In the year 2019 Aktor doesn't have projects in Gulf as it has in the previous years its only having maintenance projects. Hence bit concerned over Job security.

I have been working in this organisation for almost 4 years based in Doha. AKTOR SA is a reputed company with good safety culture and the work environment is very friendly. They have a very friendly and goal oriented management and staff. The company HR and administration is very supportive for the staff and they are dedicated in their service. Unlike other organisations, AKTOR gives high priority for their employees especially the workforce welfare from head to toe matters, your personal life like no restrictions in getting a bank loan locally, credit cards, driving licenses, family visas, permits, salaries on time etc. If you have been asked to join AKTOR then, I would say, there is no need of thinking twice. Get it.

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. the company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward
