There is nothing to like about this company as there is lot of discrimination is done At time of joining we were told flexible timing, it so flexible that we are working more than 9hrs

No proper food No timely salary or petrol allowances treated like labour or peon no holiday and leaves, if you take leaves it is marked LOP

Everything about working here. The manager is extremely toxic. You get yelled in front of everyone which is totally unprofessional. There is immense partiality and gender bias. Females get yelled at more. Everything about working in this team is unprofessional. They should hire qualified managers who have people skills too, not someone who thinks they know everything and call someone 'worthless' if they don't do it in their style.

I love the management have more concern on employes health, you will get a good chance to explore deep into Agricultural, organic foods and .skilled person surely get good chance to explore themselves. Good training will be provided for freshers.
