There is always a scope for connecting with spritual as well as official working life which is also a mendatory for a human life. What ever we are right now we are always controlled by God.

Salary structure of the organization is very less for 2nd level employees and there is always a reason at the time of Increament period and provide minimum percentage of increment only. There is no security of Job.
