No organization set up. Poor culture. Salary not regular. Not aware for Income tax deduction of employee. I suffered 40k interest penalty due to not paying TDS quarterly. Also salary not paid at time of TDS payment. No authorized appointment letter. No job security being like proprietor firm. No vision. Overall very poor & No vision to company

Dislikes

Skilled staff skeleton. No organization setup. Salary no regular. Not aware for TDs of Employee, hence employee suffer losses for non filing ITR Regularly due to non crediting TDS quarterly.

...eally good and supportive. It is based in vijayapura in karnatak. Local company. Not hike in salary. And not fix date of salary.

Dislikes

No security of job work is not decided for staff. It is difficult for growth and teamwork for progress of project.

There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Payment timing not fix. No any increment policy. Worst food & accommodation. Site HR & Accountant not available. Payment is very less as compared to work load. Not any proper management. Only reference candidates gets proper payment. No mediclaim, PF & Mobile travelling allowance.
