Good work environment and culture. All staff are supportive. There is a gym and gaming area.company policies are good, fair also good company give 20 days leave in 6 month with paid leave and travel allwoance.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Comapny no have overtime policy, and also no give bonus. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is too much partiality between two country person.

Aksa work envirninment is good Aksa give training about saftey. Job is secure. TA and DA give by company. Accomodation , food given by company. Mature satffs.Salary no high it is average.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
