Performance bonus is provided and Diwali bonus is provided in which they deduct leave salary and if not you don't accept the work provided by your boss he will insult you in front of each and every employee so think properly before joining

Dislikes

Work is not provided according to your job profile you will have to do work from peon level to manager level there is too much of politics in office and too much of interest in personal life of other employees
