...I dont want to go back there thats why I am putting my actual views in this box. Go there and ask for high salary bcoz they wont increase later. Let them know the values of employees.

NO appraisal, no value of employees, no support, not good incentive, relatives company, 50-60 people I know there who doesn't have recruitment experience but they are girls they have what boys dont and they are delivery managers in Akkodis. Poor communication, abusive language, Sale recession ka fayda utha re the soche ki humko khi or job ni milegi

no proper training and salary. they dont want u to help u grow. no projects let alone any good projects. wait times for a project can be anywhere from 6 months to 1.5 years. no training is provided. always has software lisence issue.

...its portal yet for anything depends on third party portals for all applications. For attendance, one third party portal, for salary another third party portal portal, Akkodis not having anything on their own. Whenever project is over, They will not keep you free pool for long time or ask you to go for LOP.

If you know your work, then no issue. You can do fine. If you need any support then you will be in trouble. No one knows, you have find by yourself. Otherwise, all good.

Salary is not upto the market rate. Other than this, no dislikes.

Work life balance & flexibility. Good metro access to location. Hybrid work / remote work

Dislikes

Hire and fire policy, no job security a serious concern. If no projects, you would be fired in a month. No proper management. Internal politics, basically be a bucket to managers.
