no proper training and salary. they dont want u to help u grow. no projects let alone any good projects. wait times for a project can be anywhere from 6 months to 1.5 years. no training is provided. always has software lisence issue.

...its portal yet for anything depends on third party portals for all applications. For attendance, one third party portal, for salary another third party portal portal, Akkodis not having anything on their own. Whenever project is over, They will not keep you free pool for long time or ask you to go for LOP.
