Nothing to like here.. No job security. Hire and Fire No proper appraisals. Mgmt from onshore can ping at anytime and should be online 24/7. only 12 leaves per year including PL,CL, sick leave,vaction etc. No additional benefits.

It's a great start for Freshers there will be more scope for learning things it's a product based company and the application is vast if u dive in it u can't come out such a huge application. I started my career with this I'm happy working with this organisation
