Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing specific to like .....no one is available to guide you ...owner is good but brutally helpless, he is too busy to guide but yeah likes to hire freshers.

Dislikes

Suffocated work place...it's like a jail, you can't go out .you can't work freely also the CP of this company is pathetic. Lots of education degree...lawyer by profession but behaviour is unprofessional. She can't make her own resume and college assignments but she holds a powerful post in the company just because she is the wife of the owner. She will waste your time by assigning her personal work.
