Likes

Working in Akido college of Engineering is a wonderful experience of my life. Work culture is appropriate for every employee from bottom to top positions. Rules are followed but not on expense of anybody’s discomfort. Fair and transparent management system.

Dislikes

The location of the college is a major drawback. The students and faculty don’t have much options for recreation. Not providing Training after some intervals is also a loophole.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
