...e, you are not allowed to go out in lunch time even if you don't have any work. Specially HR team is Very incompetent, they will deduct salary even if you have mention the reason, they don't have any work except sleeping in room. Employee turnover rate is very high here, mostly people leave job within 1 year. Also A/C is not working here and no action has been taken by HR tram regarding the same.

Salary and appraisals HR department really needed some improvement as salaries are not calculated accurately mostly even after submitting the details via email and cih portal. Sitting arrangement is also very bad. Every weekend, employees don’t even have the chairs to sit on. Favouritism towards some employees leading to politics. Reimbursement of travel expenses needed to be approved by team leader and TLs deduct even ₹20 /- even if the expenses are genuine ones.

...ekh kar nahi candidate ka interview nahi lete. Apas me ko coordination nahi hai. Joining ke baad time waste karte hai phir utne din ke salary dene se mana kar dete hai. Unprofessional log hai. Interview lena bhi nahi aata.

...erson for the job . So please to lie . When you fall sick be ready to be absued. Thats the small thing thast they can offer with salary. No PF no ESI, that for because you cant take legal action. Maa behen is simple most important term for them. As we all have seen that even the peon or office person doesnt want to work with them. Infact peom the are Earning more than you. Sorry peons are the employee for the company but your the the real peon. In last Ready to be the servant for AKGVG not the employee.

Politics, even between colleagues of same level No support from your managers at all except 1 or 2 Leave policies are worst in India, your Sundays even don't count sometime. And no comp-off for those working holidays Very high employee turnover Culture is Okay Keep stucking in same project for months & years... low profile work for employees with which they cannot build their career Sometimes employees are treating like non-humans discrimination can be seen easily as per the profile
