Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

HR was understand and good.

Dislikes

...nt treat extremely badly. They force u to do the work which u weren't hired for. They force u to do extra work with very less salary despite the hardwork and overtime. They will only gain money from our hardwork and the management abuses it's employees. They just force everyone to give good reviews for them but it's horrible to work there. Rohit Murthy and Ajay Jadav do not know to run a company and treat employees worse than labours are treated. This is no joke to harass employees and blackmail to spoil people's lives and careers.
