Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

After working hard they stuck salary with no reson. Gundagardi with local polititions.

Dislikes

1) No fixed working hours (24hr. Job with no compensation) 2) Defected press machines leads to accidents. 3) Company sucks Last Salaries of so many employees after completion notice period with satisfactory. 4) Company not paying employees P.F. & Income Tax as well. 5) Gundagardi with the backing of local polititions.
