Production is a joke here. Interns and 7 months freshers have access to production accounts and data. No WFH in an IT department, in an IT department. Whole company has wfh, even managers have wfh but people who deserve the most have to come to office. Although if you are working late or are ill and if you beg over email they might consider wfh but only if you are on senior level. No respect for employees.

1. Bad culture overall 2. No flexibility and wfh 3. No learning after a certain point. It's overtly repetitive. 4. Bad timelines for work. No value for proper technical ability and quality of work. All they want is fast and crude work. They want mindless plumbers and not a good enginner.

Most of the things are good. Good company with vast vision and concrete growth plan. Its good if it gets executed.

Dislikes

The company needs to be little more employee centric & shall work towards employee centricity, benefits and care.
