The atmosphere is very good. Other employees are very friendly and always ready to help. Only company in Lucknow that is paying Rs. 15000 per month without any bond. I really enjoyed working here. I just wish they had a more organised training procedure. If you are getting chance to join this company don't hesitate. 5 days/week, flexible shifts, simply go for it.

Dislikes

The training procedure is not organised. Online books and videos are recommended for training. The trainee unable to utilise the training tenure because of no supervision. It could be improved.

The best company I have ever seen in a small town like Lucknow. work culture is best as a US-based company and they are flexible in timings and I have learned a lot from there. The boss is very motivational and they always try to encourage you to do best and he always "YES, YOU CAN DO IT". that motivate employees there. The best part is lunch and movie every month will also motivate and relax you from work. There is no fixed timing, If you have no work then you can go home or you can also work from home but you must available 24*5 over a phone or skype. Finally, the best company I have ever seen.

Dislikes

All are good but they fire the employee more then they hire. they fire employee frequently. They fire an employee before they can understand the work and a culture. They should give time to employees to adjust them to there work. They should really think about this if they want to be a mid-size company. As I feel its a best company with a good growth and learning new technology.
