Salary not on time, you will get April salary on 31 may, basic facilities not available like family Insurance, company out side from MIDC & transport not available from city, Appraisal not as per standard only 4-6 & maximum 8 percentage, this will be late 6-7 month, HR not clear all things on time of interview or joining, salary slip, joining later, increment later if you ask to HR, hi see to you like you want this Half property, appraisal also not as per your last year working, dedication, equal to all 4-6% & your relation with top management. If you job here then join the some people club, if you don't join club this will be Target you.

At the time of joining hr did not clear all the policies of company. Payment is late by the one month ( You get March payment at 1 May) Company don't have bus facilities for general shift. Canteen is available but not good you get only potato bhaji every day. You don't have any kind of insurance policy. You get only 4 To 6 % increment. increment is dely by 6-7 Months.

The company provides a platform for you to contribute in multiple avenues and I suppose if you have an eagerness to learn you can learn a lot .

Technology is outdated The teams do not share the same vision as the top management

Nothing like as boss is good but the top management does not have any vision where to explore and how to behave with employees, they must have known that employees are always asset for company.

Management should learn employees are asset of company and they need to behave properly and give respect to all.

Worst please to work. Never join akar tools. No job security. Poor management. Company police's not clear to employes. Violation of environment tools.
