I feel it's really doing the justice on this front. 3. You can really enjoy the benefits of work life balance flexible work timing. And company offers full remote work. 4. Salary is outdated, its like they did not review their salary structure since the company was founded Tech is outdated, legacy tech is used everywhere No innovation because of lack of enthusiasm in the employees, its like they want money with the least amount of effort Lot of process and bad management, they will start a project and scrap it mid implementation (this happens a lot and is annoying) B2B company, so don’t expect to work on projects with a huge scale.. hence no learning after sometime
