1. Apart from salary, there are additional benefits. But it is not spoken much on social media. E.g: A part of covid relief, Akamai provided 1200$ worth of reimbursement and 2 times Compassion fund (Maximum 5 thousand $)for people who got impacted due to Covid. Akamai is one of the underrated companies. 2. Transparency 3. Friendly culture 4. Good management

Nothing much. The company itself is a product based Onsite opportunity may be less.

The work culture and the benefits are excellent. The compensation is also above market standards. All in All great company to work with.

There is nothing as such to be disliked. Everything is as per class.

The work culture here is top notch. You’ll get competitive salary and a decent hike as well. The company is moving its portfolio to a cloud company, so plenty of opportunities to shine here.

I am not a very big fan of permanent wfh. Though its my personal opinion but for some people this might be biggest perk in the company.

I feel it's really doing the justice on this front. 3. You can really enjoy the benefits of work life balance flexible work timing. And company offers full remote work. 4. Management is good and transparent about the company goals and paths. Over all a great company to work for.

...ls and technologies might feel slow in this rapidly changing tech ecosystem. 2. You would find yourself complaining if you compare compensation and benefits with that of some "very high" paying startup or big tech.

... interpersonal concerns and it will be taken care of maintaining your anonymity. Compensation is also above average market. Fliexibility to work from home whenever convenient.

Dislikes

They have a informal period of layoffs that take place every 4-5 years or so. Hence, employees will randomly be laid off.
