The university administration is not much well read about actual university affairs and how to grow. They lack professional ethics. It gives faculty chance to sit idle and enjoy time.

...preciate anyone he thinks he is always correct but most of the time he is wrong. The university do not give any increment in salary. There is no job guarantee. There is constant surveillance they check your move by camera and constantly call you and literally abuse you! If you take books in the classroom they will call you and scold you and give notice. If student fail in exam they will scold you if they will get good marks they will abuse you like how come students get so much marks! No respect they will pester for research paper. Highly biased toward sikh..

Humiliation, Extra workload, never credited salary on time, no holidays, celebration of only Sikh festivals, dirty water, very high gender biasness, 24*7 monitoring using cctv, forced to visit different villages to lure the students for admissions in very high summer (50degree), females are special target of VC, No respect for non-sikhs untill you become high-end footlicker. Start target older staff to save increment money.

Everything! This place is for losers. The management is pathetic and biased toward the Sikh religion; vacations are minimal, they will pester you for research papers, and your salary will stagnate even if you have worked here for ten years. Management is centralized to only two people! They decide your fate. You have to take five hours of class daily—very meager gazetted holidays, only ten CL, no EL, and no sick leave; if you are sick, they will cut your money. This was about university. About the Place: The water quality of this place is horrendous! Here is no medical facility overall; the place is also pathetic. If you want to join, search for alternate options in a semester. If you have joined the contract they will terminate the contract out of the blue and they will give options like if you will admit five students, we will pay you salary otherwise no.
