Good and genuine people don’t have voice to be heard and they are suppressed by so called seniors. If you resign from there…then lots of politics gonna be played along.

Atmosphere is not promoting for others to grow . Skill is not that valued ..salary is big constraint. Double faced management. In my case, Dues are yet to be cleared even after 1.5 yrs of exit. No one responds.

This company gives good compensation and they have a good referral policy. Good work- life balanced. the people are amazing and the culture is cool and focused. Overall my experience is very good.

No Support even one of our colleague fire at that time of pandemic, salary never credit on time even after 2 months.

No Job Security, No increment even after commitment, always make fake promises and commitment and no appraisal, no learning very bad environment of work even you have to work on holiday and even in night too. Over all very bad experience and the management is irresponsible

...growth is very slow and work pressure is very high. there is no on-job training. salary deposit late to all client side disputed employee. This company client behavior not good.
