Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Company HR don't have JD approved by the top management and simply go on hiring senior management staff resulting in to job loss anytime it come into notice by the management. Secondly it's a family owned business with "SETH JI" culture.
